Tattoos Under 18:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age!

  • Arms and legs only.

We require valid IDs for BOTH the minor and parent/guardian as well as a consent form. The adult accompanying the minor must be a parent or legal guardian.

St Louis County requires a notarized consent waiver, that must be notarized in Missouri. Consent waivers can be found here!
